Well, Chelsea FC are confirmed 2017 Premier League Champions, the UK has voted to Brexit and Donald Trump has become president of the USA. A lot then has happened since our last blog in March 2014. My, how time flies! Since 2014, BMS have tripled in size and split into four specialist divisions; construction, building refurbishment, maintenance and repair, electrical services.Commercial work now accounts for 99% of all activity undertaken by the Group. We are firmly seated as one of Nottingham’s leading commercial SME building companies with projects spanning across the Midlands, North and South East. Major projects have included civil engineering works for the Nottingham tramline extension, refurbishment and re-modelling works for clients such as the NHS, universities, world renowned manufacturers and multiple school academy trusts. Moving forward, we anticipate accelerated expansion following the creation of a commercial electrical division and inclusion on several public sector frameworks, creating a solid foundation for future profitable growth. Far from being complacent, there remains much to be done to achieve the Groups full potential which will include the planned expansion of the business into Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds by 2020. If you haven’t done so already, take a look at our website or better still contact Stephen Moody, Chairman to see how we can help you.
